The shape of the terms to come

The terms a writer accepts will be shown in full at the door before any seat is used. They are being written to this shape:

One novel per seat. A seat covers one conversion of one novel.
Your rights. You must own or control the screen rights, or the novel must be your own unpublished work.
Your screenplay. The screenplay belongs to you. No house name or mark appears in it.
Your story. TSR adapts your novel the way a screenwriter would, inside the Adaptation Plan you approve before writing. What you must keep, and the meaning of your ending, never change without your yes.
What it is. A first draft — not a finished screenplay, a promise of a sale, an option, representation, a production or a placement.
No revision round. Choices are settled at Author Gate A, before writing, so there is no revision round after delivery.
