No payment is taken today, so there is nothing to refund.
Free seats
The three free, controlled beta conversions are free. There is nothing to pay, and so nothing to refund.
Paid seats, when they open
The refund terms for paid seats will be published here, and shown at the door, before paid seats open. They are being written to these rules:
- A conversion that cannot honestly begin — the rights are not confirmed, the novel is not in English, or its length is outside what one feature can carry — is stopped before a seat is used.
- A writer never pays for a retry. TSR is designed so that a conversion that fails on our side is run again at the house’s cost.
- If it fails our own checks a second time, nothing is handed over, and the seat is refunded in full. A person writes to you.
